Business Analyst

About the Position

Meest International, a leading company in the Ukrainian e-commerce logistics market, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst to join our IT Department team in the Lviv office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

• Collecting business requirements and creating documentation for the IT Product Development Team
• Operational support for business teams in implementing strategy and new product development
• Close cooperation with the Product Manager to understand business goals and needs
• Supporting the Project Manager in specifying, detailing, and prioritizing business requirements
• Creating business process models, workflows, use cases, user stories, diagrams, and other visual tools to help understand and communicate business requirements
• Analyzing various technology solutions to meet business needs
• Preparing detailed requirements specifications for new product development, including visual models (diagrams with process flow)
• Ensuring that requirements are measurable and understandable to all interested parties
• Analyzing and mapping business processes
• Creating new business processes and recommending improvements to existing ones
• Collaborating with the IT Team (Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, UX Designers, and Testers)
• Supporting the Project Team in product design, implementation, and testing
• Interdepartmental cooperation in collecting requirements, implementing a common vision, and achieving business goals
• Maintaining business documentation with functional and feature requirements and introducing updates to the documentation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Higher education (preferred fields: economics, computer science, management, or engineering)
• Experience in the logistics/e-commerce industry (nice to have)
• Experience/Knowledge of Event/Domain Driven Design (nice to have)
• Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
• Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English
