In this context, we are recruiting a Business Analyst specialized in MBD (Model-Based Definition) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and Model Business Processes
  • Map the AS-IS processes (e.g., EWIS data management, product configuration) and propose optimized TO-BE scenarios.
  • Identify gaps between business needs and existing solutions (PLM, MBD).
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with teams (engineering, quality, production) to validate requirements.
• Functional Specifications and Deployment
  • Write requirement specifications and user stories for PLM tool evolutions (3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill).
  • Qualify solutions through UAT and user acceptance testing.
  • Train and support end-users (creation of guides, tutorials, deployment kits).
• Project Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Lead projects using Agile/SAFe methodology (ritual animation, KPI tracking).
  • Ensure data governance (quality, traceability, compliance with aerospace standards).
  • Propose innovations (automation, AI, PLM workflow optimization).

Requirements

• Technical Skills
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years in Business Analysis in an industrial/aerospace context.
  • PLM Tools Proficiency: 3DEXPERIENCE (Dassault Systèmes), Windchill (PTC), ENOVIA, or equivalents.
  • Knowledge of MBD Standards (Model-Based Definition) and EWIS processes.
  • Process Modeling Experience: Bizagi, Miro, Visio, and functional specification writing.
  • Agile/SAFe Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning.
• Soft Skills
  • Analytical and Synthetic Mindset: Ability to challenge needs and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Pedagogy and Communication: Ability to simplify technical concepts for business.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, contractors).
  • Rigor and Results Orientation: Focus on delivering measurable value (KPIs, ROI).

Nice to Have

• Experience in process automation or AI tool integration in a PLM environment.
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards (e.g., EN9100, DO-178C).
• PLM or Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master).
