Business Analyst Mentor (part-time)

About the Position

Mate academy, an EdTech company with an AI-powered LMS platform, is looking for a Business Analyst Mentor (part-time). This is a remote and official position, paid hourly. Our mission is to help people start their careers in IT. With over 6000 graduates who have successfully started their careers in IT, we are actively growing in Ukraine, Poland, and Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Check students' homework for the Business Analysis course.
• Answer students' questions in chat and video calls.
• Conduct trial technical interviews for students.
• Suggest ideas for improving our educational process.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with modeling (BPMN, UML, other notations).
• Experience with all types of requirements (business requirements, user requirements, solution requirements, transition requirements).
• Experience describing requirements in various formats (user story, acceptance criteria, use case, other formats).
• Understanding of development processes: decomposition, prioritization, estimation.
• Ability to communicate with people and help them solve problems.
• Ability to plan your time effectively and organize your schedule independently.
