Business analyst monétique H/F

About the Position

Inetum, a European leader in digital services, is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Monétique to join our team in Paris, France. You will participate in the analysis and formalization of business needs and support the development and maintenance of payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business needs related to payment solutions.
• Write User Stories (US) and detailed functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams.
• Participate in project reporting and monitoring.
• Participate in the functional testing of developments.
• Perform SQL queries to extract and analyze data.

Requirements

• Monétique knowledge (cards, payments, transactions, financial flows) is imperative.
• Proficiency in SQL queries.
• Good practice with User Story management and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).

Functional Skills and Soft Skills

• Ability to collect and formalize business needs in a precise and structured manner.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Rigor and organizational skills for managing reporting and documentation.
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Profile Sought

• Experience in Business Analysis, ideally in the monétique domain.
• Mastery of project tracking tools and functional specification writing.
• Confirmed SQL knowledge.
