About the Position

LABISO is a growing company and an official Odoo Silver Partner in Franconia. We support our customers holistically in the implementation, migration, and continuous development of their Odoo solutions. To ensure our projects run smoothly and our existing customers are reliably supported, we need people who can get involved in the operational area. You will work closely with our experienced Solution Architect and Business Analysts, gradually growing into independent responsibility and being directly available for our customers not only in projects but also in support.

Responsibilities

• Implementation: You implement configurations, customizations, and smaller extensions in Odoo.
• Training & Workshops: You conduct workshops and train customers in the effective use of Odoo.
• Representation: You represent your colleagues, ensuring that support, customer communication, and ongoing projects are always seamlessly maintained.
• Sales Support: You work with our sales team and assist in technical and professional matters during the pre-sales phase, from demos to effort estimations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Business/IT Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
• At least one year of experience with Odoo.
• Technical affinity: You enjoy working hands-on in the system, are curious about configurations, automations, and interfaces, and are not afraid to delve into technical topics.
• Independent, structured work style and excellent teamwork skills.
• Outstanding communication skills: You can speak with customers on an equal footing and explain complex topics in an understandable way.
• Good understanding of business processes.
• Willingness to travel for multi-day workshops at customer sites.
• Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2).
