About the Position
Business Analyst - OMaaP @ING Hubs Romania
Join ING Hubs Romania as a Business Analyst for Customer Journey, focusing on payment order management and enhancing PSS capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Focus on strategic Order Manager capabilities and enhancements due to new onboardings, change requests, or regulations.
- Define detailed business requirements for the development of products/services.
- Support the objectives and planning of Country and Product Leads.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance & Legal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Simplify solutions and processes and communicate clearly.
- Ensure secure and flawless 24/7 operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- A Master or Bachelor degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with working in projects and/or programs.
- Experience with migration activities and managing stakeholders.
- Experience in banking and payments.
- Fluent in English (verbally and written), Dutch is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and takes decisions based on data and facts.
- Excellent in capturing information, driving it forward, and being resilient and focused.
- Strong social and communication skills.
