About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Poland, Ukraine, or remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks;
  • Analysis of the elicited requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story, use cases);
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation in areas of responsibility (BRD, requirements specifications, user manual, maintenance manual, etc.);
  • Create and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists;
  • Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team;
  • Facilitation of refinement sessions;
  • Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing product;
  • Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility. This knowledge is used to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements;
  • Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company for the expansion and usage of advanced approaches and technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and to transfer received information to the developer team;
  • Requirements elicitation using interviews, workshops, observation, and document analysis;
  • Ability to document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Requirements documentation (BRDs, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria);
  • Process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML);
  • Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
  • Gap analysis and impact assessment;
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology;
  • Strong understanding of APIs, their functionality, and how they facilitate integration between different systems;
  • Ability to understand data structures and map data between different systems, ensuring smooth integration;
  • Possession of a structured, process- and result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems.

Nice to Have

  • Commercial experience with Native Apps
  • Experience in iGaming-related projects
  • Experience and knowledge in System Analysis
