Responsibilities

• Experience in functional analysis roles (requirements gathering, functional specifications, documentation of business flows and progress)
• Experience in analyzing business processes and monitoring metrics
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira and/or Confluence
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in functional analysis roles
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business processes
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
