Responsibilities

• Defines business requirements
• Conducts gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Creates functional specifications
• Performs data analysis and data modelling

Requirements

• Specific expertise in diagramming, modelling, and wireframing tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Axure, Balsamiq, Pencil, Oracle NetSuite)
• Specific business domains expertise
• Minimum Post-secondary Education and Experience in ICT: At least 3 years of studies attested by a diploma, and a minimum of 9 years post-secondary professional experience.
• Minimum Professional Experience in Profile: 6 years.
• Minimum Certifications: At least one of the following certifications:
  • Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)
  • Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
  • Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader (CBATL)
  • Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
  • Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)
  • IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE)
• Languages: Services will be provided in English. Consultants must have at least a B2 level, in accordance with the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR).
