In this context, we are recruiting Product Owner / Business Analysts to join our teams.

Responsibilities

• You organize and lead business workshops (gathering functional requirements and decision support);
• You ensure to analyze and understand the needs expressed by users and business teams;
• You write functional documentation: user stories, functional specifications, requirement specifications, etc.;
• You participate in the testing phases;
• You propose continuous improvement plans based on the understanding of the client's business needs: business process mapping, comparative studies of solutions, etc.;
• You work closely with developers, while challenging the proposed solutions to create maximum value;
• You manage a project backlog;
• You participate in and lead project monitoring instances (Daily meetings, steering committee) as well as Co-design sessions.

Requirements

• Indispensable: You have at least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner / Business Analyst position.
• Indispensable also: You have technical skills in development and/or data, for example.

Recruitment Process

• First telephone exchange with the Recruitment Team, to get to know each other and validate the prerequisites for the position;
• HR interview with the Recruitment Team, to get to know each other better and exchange on your behavioral skills;
• Technical interview with one of our Senior Product Owner / Business Analysts, to evaluate your skills for the position.
