About the Position
Business Analyst (Regulatory & Statistical Reporting)
RozetkaPay - a payment service that ensures a convenient and simple process for online and offline purchases. RozetkaPay handles transactions for over 30 thousand Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
About the Role and Team
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst focused on regulatory and statistical reporting for RozetkaPay. This role is for a hands-on analyst who can work with large sets of transactional data, has a good understanding of NBU regulatory requirements, and strives to transform complex financial processes into clear, automated algorithms. The consistency and accuracy of our reporting depend on your expertise.
You will join the Financial Planning & Analysis Team. Currently, the team includes 2 financial analysts, a legal business analyst, and a team leader. Our department reports directly to the financial director. We work in a dynamic environment and value professional drive, openness, mutual support, and a desire to automate routine tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conducting analysis and fulfilling the requirements of NBU Resolution No. 120
- Analyzing transactional data: Comprehensive analysis of transaction flows, data sources, business processes, and the logic of forming regulatory reports
- Data quality analysis: Checking the completeness, correctness, and consistency of transactional data between internal systems, accounting, and regulatory reporting
- Studying the current reporting process: Examining existing processes for preparing and submitting statistical and regulatory reports, identifying manual operations, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for automation
- Proposing changes to data formation logic, preparing and coordinating requirements
- Formulating automation requirements: Preparing business requirements, technical tasks, process descriptions, and scenarios for automating regulatory report preparation
- Developing a target data model: Describing data sources, transformation rules, control checks, and the logic of forming report indicators
- Analyzing regulatory requirements: Monitoring changes in NBU regulations and assessing their impact on processes, data, and requirements for automated solutions
- Optimizing processes: Preparing recommendations for improving data management processes, quality controls, and regulatory reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in banks or financial institutions in a similar position
- Experience with statistical, financial reporting, or directly with the formation of NBU reports
- In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and NBU regulations regarding reporting
- Skills in confidently working with large data sets and ensuring consistency of indicators
- Proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables), knowledge of 1C, ABC, or other banking software
- High analytical skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
- Willingness to work effectively and make decisions under tight deadlines
- Developed communication skills for effective interaction with various teams and stakeholders

Working Conditions
- Official employment, 24 days of paid vacation per year, and unlimited sick leave
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday (choose between 9:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00)
