About the Position

InPost is the leading logistics solutions provider for the e-commerce industry in Europe. Founded by Rafał Brzoska, InPost is now the leading delivery platform for e-commerce, revolutionizing the parcel market in Poland. The first Paczkomat® devices appeared in Krakow in 2009 and quickly became an integral part of online shopping and a guarantee of speed and convenience.

The InPost Group at the end of Q1 2026 had nearly 94,900 out-of-home points, including over 64,600 modern Paczkomat devices and almost 30,200 PUDO points in 9 countries (United Kingdom, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands). InPost also provides courier and fulfillment services for e-commerce sellers, working with around 100,000 e-sellers. In 2025, the company handled nearly 1.4 billion shipments, achieving a 25% year-over-year growth.

In AI Commerce, we are building a new marketplace platform within the InPost Group. We are looking for someone to help us develop a revenue strategy, design monetization models, and support the implementation of new revenue sources.

Responsibilities

• Co-creating and implementing the platform's revenue strategy
• Analyzing and developing monetization models
• Building business cases for new business initiatives
• Identifying new revenue growth opportunities
• Preparing business analyses, simulations, and recommendations
• Collaborating with Commerce, Product, Technology, Finance, and Data teams
• Implementing processes related to monetization, fees, and commissions
• Co-creating regulations, process documentation, and project documentation
• Participating in business development and scaling projects for new markets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management, monetization, revenue development, or business analytics
• Ability to independently build business cases and business models
• Experience in implementing end-to-end business processes
• Proficiency in working with data and drawing conclusions from it
• Strong knowledge of Excel and analytical tools
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Comfortable in an environment of dynamic changes and new projects

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or digital platforms
• Project or product development experience
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience working with technology teams
