About The Role and The Project

As a Business Analyst, you will embark on the exciting journey of documenting and constantly improving innovative IoT applications for one of the leading global home appliances providers. Your problem-solving and communication skills will be in high demand as you will work closely with business and system managers.

Responsibilities

• Gather, elicit, and analyze requirements
• Prepare and maintain drafts, designs, and documentation
• Review and version documentation
• Compile, centralize, and publish documents – system library
• Understand automatic documentation generation tools (e.g., Doxygen, Confluence plugins)
• Work with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with iterative processes for continually improving products and services
• General understanding of IoT, cloud, connectivity among mobile devices, and services

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT, IoT, Engineering
• Good communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Business English
• Availability to travel abroad periodically / on need

Ideal Candidates Also Have

• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence
