Business Analyst – Salesforce platform (f/m/x)

Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining functional documentation
- Daily work on creating and refining user stories
- Collaboration with business to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Preparing functional designs for new features
- Supporting the development team in solution implementation
- Participation in workshops and project meetings with stakeholders
- Basic support in testing prepared solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst in Salesforce-based projects
- Knowledge of two out of three core clouds – Sales, Service, Experience Cloud
- Ability to gather requirements, create documentation, and estimate analytical work
- Practical knowledge of UML/BPMN notation or other business process modeling methods
- Experience in conducting workshops with clients and working with stakeholders
- Independence and good work organization
- English proficiency enabling smooth business communication
- Required presence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills
