Business Analyst Senior (Insurance Domain)

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services in the Insurance industry.

Locations: European Union, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services in the Insurance domain.
• Utilize modern AI-assisted tools.
• Organize business analysis at the outset of a project.
• Design interfaces and gather and document requirements.
• Apply principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile.
• Communicate directly with customers, presenting and justifying technical decisions.
• Use UML, BPMN, and understand UX competencies.
• Demonstrate excellent command of spoken and written English.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as an analyst.
• Experience in the Insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted tools, acquired through direct practical use.
• Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project.
• Experience in designing interfaces.
• Experience in gathering and documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile.
• Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions.
• Usage of UML, BPMN.
• Understanding UX competencies.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
