The ServiceNow division supports its clients – major accounts – in their digital transformation and optimization of their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. It works on high-value projects covering the entire lifecycle of solutions: consulting, design, integration, evolution, and maintenance in operational conditions.

In this context, we are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support our clients in formalizing their business needs and implementing high-value ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and challenging client business needs
• Leading functional and scoping workshops
• Writing functional specifications and user stories
• Contributing to the design of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, workflows, catalogs…)
• Collaborating closely with technical teams (Tech Lead, Architects, developers)
• Supporting functional testing and user validation phases
• Participating in change management and solution adoption

As a partner to national and international companies, travel is expected as part of our various projects.

Requirements

• Good understanding of business processes and issues
• Ability to simplify complex topics
• Rigor, autonomy, and a good collaborative spirit
• Good interpersonal skills and a sense of service
• Professional level in English

Nice to Have

• CSA, CIS, SCRUM/SAFe certifications

Qualifications

• Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in functional analysis on ServiceNow projects
