The ServiceNow division supports its clients-major accounts-in their digital transformation and optimization of their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. It works on high-value projects covering the entire lifecycle of solutions: consulting, design, integration, evolution, and maintenance in operational conditions.

In this context, we are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support our clients in formalizing their business needs and implementing high-value ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge client business needs
• Facilitate functional and scoping workshops
• Write functional specifications and user stories
• Contribute to the design of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, workflows, catalogs, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (Tech Lead, Architects, developers)
• Support functional testing and user acceptance phases
• Participate in change management and solution adoption

As a partner to national and international companies, travel is expected as part of our various projects.

Requirements

• Good understanding of business processes and issues
• Ability to simplify complex topics
• Rigor, autonomy, and a good collaborative spirit
• Good interpersonal skills and a sense of service
• Professional level in English

Nice to Have

• CSA, CIS, SCRUM/SAFe certifications are a plus

Qualifications

• Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in functional analysis on ServiceNow projects
