As a Business Analyst at Ohpen, you would play an important role in solving the vital challenges in front of us. Thanks to your ability to speak the language of our clients as well as our software developers, you will become the connecting piece between both these worlds.
Responsibilities
As a BA, you’d be working with cloud-based SaaS solution, Ohpen's Lending Platform and act as a connection between our clients & development teams, for everything connected to solution offering.
You will understand the wishes of customers and fit them to Ohpen's current product portfolio, as you’ll be translating functional requirements into technical ones. Alongside this, you’ll be able to advise customers on their processes and help improve their overall experience.
You will be making a difference each day because you can combine your knowledge with your ability to analyze the desires and needs of our clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the UK mortgage market, working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role where you translated customer requirements into technical requirements;
- Experience with software development processes and comfortable working closely with technical teams;
- Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between customers and technical teams;
- Experience with stakeholder management and/or implementations (a strong advantage).
