Business Analyst (Stock Brokerages, Order Management Systems, Custodians)

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in stock markets and order management systems to join our team in a remote position within the European Union.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and manage requirements at all stages of projects in the capital markets domain.
• Experience with integration with online brokerages, custodians, or order management systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an analyst
• At least 3 years of experience in the Stock Markets domain (stocks, options, futures, crypto, etc.)
• Experience in creating requirements for integrations with trading platforms (brokerages, custodians, order management systems)
• Knowledge of financial and stock market definitions and data
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
• Experience in designing interfaces
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile
• Experience with direct customer communication, presenting, and justifying technical decisions
• Readiness to work with AI instruments
• Usage of UML, BPMN

Nice to Have

• Experience of working with Interactive Brokers, TradeStation, Trading Technologies, Fidelity, Pershing, Alpaca, QuantConnect, or similar would be a plus
• Anthropic academy certifications for courses relevant to the BA position
• Agile Methodology certification
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience in trading stocks, options, or crypto
• Experience of interaction with financial advisers and (or) wealth managers
