About the Position

Within the Financial Services vertical of Sopra Steria, you will work on high-stakes EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) programs: closing & consolidation, performance management, planning/budget, regulatory/management reporting.

You will play a pivotal role between Finance (Management Control, Consolidation, Risk/Finance) and IT, with a dominant focus on integration (flows, mappings, references, data quality) on EPM solutions, ideally Tagetik.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitation of workshops (Business/IT): gathering needs, prioritization, formalization.
• Writing deliverables: Functional Specifications (SFD/SFG), User Stories & business rules.
• Modeling: BPMN/UML (depending on context), description of cycles (budget/forecast/closing).
• Test strategy: test cases, data sets, acceptance criteria.
• UAT management: preparation, execution, anomaly tracking, correction plan.
• Support for deployment: materials, training for key users, hypercare.
• Monitoring milestones (V-cycle or Agile), participation in operational committees, progress reporting.
• Contribution to training materials & change management.

Qualifications

Senior Business Analyst (8–12 years), ideally from an ESN, with solid experience in EPM projects in financial services environments and IT integration. Experience with Tagetik is highly appreciated. Autonomous, structured, and delivery-oriented, able to interface between Finance, IT, and Data teams in complex project contexts.
