Business Analyst – TutTam project

About the Position

Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a Business Analyst for the TutTam project, a FoodTech service marketplace. The role involves transforming business needs into product requirements and ensuring quality interaction between business, product, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and transform them into functional requirements for the product.
• Collect, structure, and document business and functional requirements.
• Describe User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and business processes.
• Participate in designing new functionality with the Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, and development team.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose optimizations.
• Work with the technical team during the implementation of functionality, clarifying requirements and helping to find optimal solutions.
• Participate in release planning, task prioritization, and decomposition of functionality.
• Analyze the impact of new features on business processes and user experience.
• Prepare functional documentation and keep it up to date.
• Participate in the acceptance of implemented functionality and verification of compliance with business requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital products.
• Experience with web and mobile applications.
• Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and functional documentation.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• Ability to model business processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Understanding of REST API and integration principles between systems.
• High level of communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to independently structure information and make decisions in uncertain conditions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplaces, FoodTech, eCommerce, or HoReCa.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
• Understanding of product analytics principles and key product metrics.
• Experience in launching new products or MVPs.
• Experience in startups or fast-growing product teams.
• Understanding of UX/UI and customer-oriented design principles.
• Experience with integrations with external services and APIs.
