We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile:
Business Analyst with French – Hybrid (Porto)
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
- Interpret data and make informed decisions
- Manage and maintain databases in mainframes IBM MVS
- Create JCL files
- Oversee data migration processes
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Apply project management and agile methodologies
Requirements
- Hard Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong knowledge of database management in mainframes IBM MVS.
- Knowledge of JCL file creation.
- Knowledge of data migration processes.
