Business Analyst with Visiona (Polish is mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Visiona expertise to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role is ideal for a Business Analysis Consultant with strong cards domain expertise, proven experience delivering migration projects, and working knowledge of the Visiona card issuing system.
Responsibilities
- Configure and parameterise the Visiona card issuing platform to support business and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and propose effective system-based solutions within Visiona to address business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine business and system requirements for new capabilities and process improvements.
- Design and document business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications supporting card issuing solutions.
- Work closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and other analysts to ensure consistent solution design and successful delivery.
- Support testing activities, validate system configuration, and assist with defect analysis and resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing Business Analysis services within banking or financial services, with a strong focus on cards.
- Demonstrated experience delivering card migration or transformation projects.
- Working knowledge of Visiona.
- Strong experience in requirements engineering, business process modelling, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
- Fluency in both English and Polish languages.
