Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
• SDLC: Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Requirements Gathering: Confident skills in gathering, forming, and validating requirements with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Finding and presenting solutions (together with PM) to meet stakeholder and user requirements, including training.
• Technical Documentation: Writing technical requirements for developers, including task setting and clear definitions of done.
• Technical Documentation: Maintaining technical documentation (Specifications, system operation descriptions, internal documentation, etc.).
• BPMN 2.0 & UML: Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML, experience in process reengineering.
• Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, analysts) - ability to translate business requirements into technical terms (and vice versa).
• Customer Expectations Management: Ability to manage customer expectations, describe results/solutions.
• UX/UI Principles: Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Software Architecture: Basic understanding of software architecture (microservices, databases, APIs).
• Tools: Experience with Jira / ClickUp / Figma or similar tools.
• Language: Fluent in Ukrainian.
• Proactivity & Initiative: Proactiveness and initiative - ability to independently manage one's work, team work, and stakeholder communication to achieve project goals.
• Bureaucracy Endurance: Ability to maintain constructiveness and focus in regulated processes and work with regulatory documents.
• User Empathy: Understanding the real context of end users, genuine search for and consideration of their feedback.
• Uncertainty Management: Ability to work with uncertainty - when requirements are vague, but a solution needs to be found quickly and it must be "good enough".

Requirements (Plus)

• Public Sector Experience: Active civic position, willingness to contribute to the development of a socially useful product in the defense sphere.
• Regulatory Acts: Experience working with the public sector client: communication management, expectation management, participation in formal procedures (protocols, document preparation, reports).
• Research: Research and use of regulatory acts in the process of writing technical requirements.
