Responsibilities

The consultant will join the team based in Aix-en-Provence and will play a key role as an interface between the business, the project manager, and the technical teams (development and QA).

Gain expertise in the functional domain.
Analyze and understand the existing application portfolio independently.
Gather and study new business needs.
Conduct functional and technical impact studies.
Write detailed functional specifications for design and development teams.
Support developers and QA teams in understanding needs and changes.
Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts related to requested changes.
Summarize functional issues and present impacts to the project manager to facilitate decision-making.
Participate in the qualification and validation phases of implemented solutions.

Requirements

Experience

Confirmed Business Analyst or Functional Expert.
Significant experience in projects with strong regulatory constraints.
Experience in high-volume data environments.
Knowledge of MOE (Maîtrise d'Œuvre) organizations.

Functional Skills

Strong analytical and comprehension skills for complex processes.
Excellent writing skills for producing detailed specifications.
Ability to quickly acquire new functional domains.
Synthesis and ability to simplify complex topics.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SQL.
Knowledge of Batch processing and data flows.
Good understanding of application architectures and inter-application exchanges.
Ability to effectively communicate with development and QA teams.
Ability to analyze existing processes and their technical impact.
