About the Position
Business Analytics Consultant
We are seeking a Middle Management Business Analytics Consultant to join our team at EPAM Systems. You will work remotely in Poland and collaborate with a skilled team to address complex business issues and provide strategic insights for top financial services clients. Responsibilities
- Establish strong collaborations with senior client stakeholders and internal account leads
- Promote cooperative, value-driven methods to identify and resolve data challenges
- Partner with Senior Leadership to develop account plans and strategies focused on data-driven growth
- Discover data opportunities and support diverse analytics engagements to increase revenue in financial sector accounts
- Act as principal consultant for leading complex data transformation initiatives
- Create and contribute to strategic documents like mission statements, assessments, and roadmaps
- Engage in pre-sales efforts including opportunity assessment, proposal creation, and deal support
- Guide team development and assist strategic financial account management
- Achieve revenue targets to deliver client value and foster business growth
- Maintain billable utilization goals to optimize business performance
- Support EPAM Data Practice initiatives related to people development
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related areas
- At least 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- Experience managing teams of 20 or more members for at least 2 years
- Involvement in 5 or more full project cycles or launching key product features
- Hands-on experience influencing design and technology choices for enterprise data platforms
- Strong expertise in IT management consulting
- Proven leadership in large data-driven programs and financial portfolio growth
- Advanced skills in building data and analytics business development teams
- Ability to manage complex tech initiatives and communicate with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Knowledge of banking, trading, and data aggregation processes
- Familiarity with pre-sales activities and procedures
- Skill in developing client relationships and facilitating strategy formulation
- Experience with current data analytics trends
- Comfort with customer interaction and expectation management at senior levels
- Ability to operate strategically while engaging with project details
- Advanced proficiency in English, written and spoken
