About the Role

Partnering across business, technology, and change teams, you will support business transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, finance, and operational functions by combining business architecture, business analysis, and data analytics techniques that strengthen organizational effectiveness and business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess current state operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and design future state solutions. You will help prioritize technology roadmap investments, guide transformation initiatives, and ensure change efforts are aligned with long-term business objectives.
