About the Position
Title: Business Area Lead w obszarze produktów i usług pozabankowych (VAS)
Location: Warszawa, Polska
Form of Employment: Full-time contract
Work Location Type: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of product managers and experts, developing end-to-end competencies and responsibility
- Be responsible for the strategy, development, and maintenance of non-banking offerings (VAS) for corporate clients
- Build and develop subscription offerings and partnership models
- Collaborate with external partners - from concept to implementation and monitoring of effects
- Set product priorities, roadmaps, and business goals for the area
- Work with technology, sales, marketing, risk, legal, and operations teams
- Analyze results, customer needs, and offering effectiveness, translating data into business decisions
- Ensure compliance of solutions with bank regulations and standards
Requirements
- Experience in a managerial position in product management, Business Banking, daily banking, or digital services
- Ability to effectively manage a team and build engagement and responsibility
- Experience in creating and implementing products or services in collaboration with external partners
- Understanding of subscription models, VAS offerings, or solutions based on partner ecosystems
- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to bring initiatives to final implementation
- Good stakeholder management and navigation in a complex organizational environment
- Communication in English at least at B2 level and in Polish at least at C1 level
