Brighterly is building personalized math and reading learning for children in the USA. For four consecutive years, we have been growing threefold annually, and now it is a complex business: 1000+ tutors on the platform, a team of 200+ people, and a bunch of processes that keep everything together. We are transitioning from a tutoring service to a full-fledged educational platform-one of the largest and most demanding educational markets in the world.

About the Role

I am Yevhen, the Founder and CEO of Brighterly, and I am looking for my right hand. Not an assistant who manages my calendar, but a partner who takes on complex problems and brings them to fruition. If you want to see how a startup really works from the inside at the founder level within a year or two, this is it.

What You Will Work On

Financial and legal operations-daily;
Investor relations: maintaining and developing relationships with current and potential partners;
Partnerships with key players in our market;
Transforming research flow into real solutions;
Cross-team projects that move the business forward.

Responsibilities

Take on raw, ambiguous problems and bring them to completion-you will figure them out, structure them, and close them;
Work directly with me on what is most important this week;
Prepare the foundation for decisions: research, analytics, strategic drafts, presentations;
Close gaps where there is no person or team yet-and often you will build this process or team yourself;
Communicate a lot with partners, the market, and the team.

Requirements

An ambitious person. Here, potential and mindset matter more than years on a resume;
Strong financial or legal background-needed to manage operations and work with contractors;
Confident written and spoken English. We are building a product for the USA-this is a requirement, not a plus;
A generalist who quickly understands the new and does not get lost in the unfamiliar;
A person who takes responsibility and brings things to the end without reminders;
AI-native: uses AI tools daily-this is a basic skill for us;
Clear and concise thinking and writing;
Ability to maintain speed and quality at the same time.

Nice to Have

Your own project, startup, or research you are proud of;
Basic understanding of product, data, analytics, or marketing;
Experience in consulting, startup, or a strong academic background.
