About the Position

We are seeking a Support Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central to join our internal IT team in Wrocław, Poland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining user support with system development and wants to have a real impact on the functioning of the ERP system in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central system (first and second line support).
• Analyze and resolve issues related to the ERP system.
• Collaborate with business users to identify needs and propose improvements.
• Configure and develop functionalities of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central system.
• Work on designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations with other systems.
• Coordinate and participate in the customization and development of the system in collaboration with external partners and the IT team.
• Test new functionalities and support the implementation of changes.
• Create and update system documentation and user instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Experience in supporting ERP system users.
• Knowledge of business processes such as sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, or production.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and working with end-users.
• Knowledge of system integration issues.
• Ability to coordinate or participate in system development projects and customizations.
• Independence, good work organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Communicative knowledge of English is a plus.
