About the Position
We are seeking a Business Control Specialist to join our team in Luxembourg, ensuring end-to-end business processes are properly designed, documented, and controlled.
Responsibilities

Business Control, Internal Control & Process Assurance
- Support Business Control activities to ensure end-to-end business processes are properly designed, documented, implemented, and controlled
- Perform gap analyses and Key Control Testing, covering both design and operating effectiveness
- Ensure business processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and ING standards
- Identify control weaknesses and propose pragmatic remediation actions
- Contribute to risk assessments across business lines by identifying risks, assessing their impact, and evaluating mitigating controls

Sourcing & Third Party & Intragroup Monitoring (TIPM)
- Support ISIM teams and contract owners in outsourcing and intragroup arrangements
- Ensure effective implementation and ongoing monitoring of the TIPM framework at ISIM level, in line with regulatory requirements (including DORA) and Group standards
- Coordinate sourcing arrangements and related regulatory and internal requirements
- Perform quality control of sourcing documentation and monitoring activities

Operational Resilience & Business Continuity
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of ING’s Operational Resilience framework
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities and ensure alignment with Group standards and regulatory expectations

Regulatory & Continuous Improvement
- Support business departments in complying with regulatory requirements and ING policies
- Monitor regulatory and technical developments impacting the fund and asset management industry
- Contribute to a strong risk and control culture and a continuous improvement mindset within ISIM
Requirements
