About the Position
Business Controller RBT
We are looking for a Business Controller RBT to join our Finance Advice team at ING Bank in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role offers a salary range of €4,596.95 - €7,460.78 per year and is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Act as a sparring partner for senior management in strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Provide timely reports and analysis to support management decisions.
- Design and deliver financial and non-financial performance reviews for the COO Finance and CTO Finance.
- Advise on operational efficiency, cost modeling, allocation, financial planning, and control.
- Perform run-rate analysis, identify cost efficiency opportunities, and prepare business cases for change programs.
- Maintain full control of costs (P&L) and FTEs, including the review and approval of requisitions, cost charging, and analytical review.
- Collaborate with finance colleagues and non-finance stakeholders to ensure transparency, consistency, and insight.
Requirements
- Current residency in the Netherlands.
- University degree (Bachelor's/Master's).
- 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant position such as Finance Business Partner, Business Controller, or similar.
- Knowledge of banking operations and operational excellence.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
