About the Position
Business Development Associate
ISN, established in 2001, is a global leader in contractor and supplier management. We connect our clients with safe and reliable contractors and suppliers, ensuring a high level of due diligence in the process.
Responsibilities
As an integral member of the Customer Service team, you will:
- Proactively service and support contractor/supplier customers
- Conduct training on software products via phone, web-based, and face-to-face meetings
- Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
- Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries, and troubleshoot problems
- Assist with CRM testing
- Handle customer account management functions, including invoicing and collections
- Proactively analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
- Apply customer-centric consulting approaches to ensure the success of customer inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email applications)
- Desire to work with people and consistently engage in verbal interaction over the phone
- Ability to de-escalate calls using critical thinking and soft skills
- Genuine desire to progress into a sales development role
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (read, write, and speak)

Onsite Requirements
Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis. Most employees are in the office 4-5 days per week.
