About the Position
Business Development Associate – Mexico City, MX

We are looking to continue our expansion by adding a Business Development Associate based in the Mexico City area. Joining our Key Accounts team, you will focus on high-value target accounts – building the kind of relationships that turn prospects into long-term customers.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Mexico
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Mexico and constantly developing new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for Mexico
- Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals’ visibility
- Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
- Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Commercial Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company’s revenue
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a full 360 closing role, within the B2B or professional services sector
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments and the ability to effectively engage with decision-makers
- A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
- Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and Spanish

- SaaS, Financial or Fintech industries background
