About the Position

With an industry focus on healthcare, asset management, decentralized finance, and insurance, we are currently looking for a Business Development Director to drive our new business acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Travel time (within EU) at least 30-40%
• Holding meetings with prospects
• Identifying opportunities for collaboration
• Closing deals
• Participation in strategy definition
• Representation of the company at industry events

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales to EU-based or US-based clients
• Successful deals with small/medium-enterprise customers
• Ability to benefit from the professional and/or personal network
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Quick learner, ability to apply theory in practice
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Results orientation
