About the Position
Unicsoft is a recognized expert in the world of digital transformation, empowering businesses to innovate. We provide professional software development services for sustainable growth of SMEs and start-ups worldwide. Our industry focus includes healthcare, asset management, banking, and insurance. Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Director to drive our sales in the Pharma/Healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Travel time (within EU) at least 30-40%
- Holding meetings with prospects
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration
- Closing deals
- Participation in strategy definition
- Representation of the company at industry events
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales to EU-based or US-based clients
- Expertise in one or several industries: biotech, life sciences, healthcare, healthtech
- Ability to benefit from the professional and/or personal network in one of the above industries
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Quick learner, ability to apply theory in practice
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Results orientation
