We are seeking a Business Development Director for Seguros to lead our growth strategy in Spain. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward and ensuring market expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies for the Seguros division.
Lead a team of business development professionals.
Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
Analyze market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the insurance sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Native proficiency in Spanish.
