Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify potential clients
- Analyze and understand customer needs, activities, challenges, and pain points
- Present CRM software by providing tailored demonstrations according to the customers' needs
- Provide customized quotes and negotiate contract conditions
Requirements
- Strong business knowledge and curiosity
- Genuine interest in IT and software
- Fluent in English
- Analytical vision & fighting spirit
- Strong relational & negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Business degree with 1+ years of experience in Sales
- Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy
- Previous experience in the IT sector
- Convincing communicator
- Overachiever spirit and proactivity
- Work hard/play hard attitude
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
