About the Role:

Join Odoo, a growing ERP software company with a cutting-edge product, a huge global community, and a fun and exciting work environment. As a Business Development Executive (APAC), you will focus on new customer acquisition and industry consultation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire sales cycle focusing on new Business Development
• Pitch Odoo Management Software to SMEs who are unsatisfied with their current tools
• Analyze customers' business needs, activities, and pain points
• Provide customers with a tailor-made demonstration of the software
• Negotiation and closing

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Bilingual (English + an APAC language)
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and target achievement
  • Languages: APAC languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Cantonese, Thai, Lao, Sri Lankan, Korean)
• NICE TO HAVE:
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Immediate availability
  • Software and new technology awareness
