About the Position
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Middle/Senior) ID39762 to join our dynamic team at AgileEngine in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role is pivotal in driving our growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and attract new clients through innovative strategies and GTM plans.
- Sales Process Oversight: Innovate and manage the sales process to attract new clients.
- Market Research: Conduct active research in preferred industries to identify trends, openings, and new markets.
- Client Consultation: Attend client sessions to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with your network in designated territories.
- Collaboration: Work with legal, delivery, and engineering teams to translate proposals into contracts.
- Pitches and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Networking: Attend events, conferences, and networking events.
- Company Representation: Represent AgileEngine professionally in all interactions.
- Client Lifecycle Management: Own the client lifecycle from initial contact to full delivery.
- Market Trend Communication: Identify and communicate market trends, improvements, and situations on a weekly basis.
- Expansion Planning: Plan expansion and new revenue streams operations.
- Travel: Travel to designated territories to meet stakeholders and network in person.
Requirements
- 3+ years in consulting, product management, sales, or client-facing experience.
- Charismatic, personable, with strong negotiation skills.
- Extremely self-motivated, comfortable in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation.
- VISA/ESTA/ability to travel to the US.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced university student.
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry.
- Understanding of the overall landscape to engage customers and close sales in the US.
- Experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms, and tools.
- Experience developing SelfGen processes, strategy, and training.
