About the Position

We are looking for an early-career Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute meaningfully from the start. You will be part of a strategic and consultative team that creates meaningful relationships with clients through their combined knowledge of IT services industry trends and pain points.

Responsibilities

Support the identification and development of new business opportunities within the Utilities sector
Work alongside senior sales and delivery teams on active client engagements
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and outreach efforts
Research target accounts and help translate insights into thoughtful engagement strategies
Participate in client meetings and support next steps and follow-ups
Suggest improvements to how we build pipeline and engage with clients

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Sales, or similar roles
Demonstrated initiative and ownership (e.g., taking responsibility for a project, driving something forward independently)
Clear communication skills and comfort interacting with others
Thoughtful problem-solving and willingness to ask questions and learn
Ability to stay organized and follow through on commitments
Interest in technology, business growth, and industry trends

Nice to Have

Experience through internships, consulting programs, or project-based work
Exposure to client-facing environments or sales processes
Interest in Utilities, Energy, or related industries

Additional Employee Requirements

Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary.
Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary.
Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary.
Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary.
Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary.
