Responsibilities
- Review and qualify leads generated by the Sales Operations team to ensure they match Manatal's ideal customer profile.
- Enrich lead information using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and enrichment activities in HubSpot.
- Identify and flag low-quality or irrelevant leads based on predefined qualification criteria.
- Collaborate closely with the outbound sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and feedback loops.
- Support outbound outreach initiatives by contacting qualified leads via email and phone to generate meetings for the sales team.
- Continuously learn and contribute ideas to improve lead qualification and enrichment processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Other tasks as directed by the CEO or Management.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (internship experience counts).
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Tools: Comfortable using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data for decision-making. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attributes: Motivated to learn outbound sales processes and grow into a Business Development Consultant role. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
