Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing innovative client acquisition channels
- Independently sourcing leads through non-traditional approaches
- Managing full-cycle sales processes from initial contact to closing
- Participating in presales activities and technical projects
- Sharing expertise with our existing sales team
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B IT services sales (3+ years)
- Strong English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Deep understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing processes
- Established personal client acquisition methodologies
- Independence and results-oriented approach to work
