Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing innovative client acquisition channels
  • Independently sourcing leads through non-traditional approaches
  • Managing full-cycle sales processes from initial contact to closing
  • Participating in presales activities and technical projects
  • Sharing expertise with our existing sales team

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B IT services sales (3+ years)
  • Strong English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Deep understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing processes
  • Established personal client acquisition methodologies
  • Independence and results-oriented approach to work
