About the Position
Business Development Manager
Location: Utrecht/Hybrid
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in B2B IT sales

We are not looking for a traditional salesperson, but a Business Development Manager who, as a mature conversational partner, understands how we can help our customers accelerate and scale.
With your commercial experience and in-depth knowledge, you will help clients not only find a solution to their challenges but also give them the opportunity to grow, innovate, and stay ahead in the market.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager colleague who identifies new opportunities, builds relationships, and drives strategic growth.
Your Impact
Growth: You identify and develop new business opportunities where your insight and approach make the difference between following and leading. In addition to new business development, you will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding a number of existing partnerships.
Strategic Partner: You are a full conversational partner for C-level and senior leaders, translating their ambitions into concrete digital solutions.
Business Solutions: You position the power of CloudPlusPlus by connecting business questions and technological solutions.
Customer Journey: You guide the entire customer journey, from the first strategic conversation to a sustainable partnership, in which the customer acts as an ambassador.
Market Leadership: You stay ahead of trends and proactively advise clients on how they can adopt innovations (including AI) to strengthen their competitive position.
Who You Are
Experience: You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior commercial role within the IT services or software market. You understand how digital solutions create value and have an affinity with developments such as AI.
Vision: You see the impact of AI on software development and know how to translate this development in a comprehensible and convincing way to our clients and prospects.
Networker: You have a relevant network and know how to build trust naturally. You combine this with a results-oriented and entrepreneurial attitude.
Content Basis: You have a good understanding of the IT landscape and are able to position digital solutions convincingly. Experience in a role such as Business Analyst or Product Owner is a plus.
Education: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
