About the Position

We are seeking a Business Development Manager（事業開発マネージャー） to join our Marketing Solutions team and support the growth of major clients with comprehensive digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Propose marketing strategies to clients (major national clients and advertising agencies)
• Suggest optimal influencers for brand communication
• Manage and oversee project progress
• Build networks with brands, media, and influencers
• Management duties

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and planning in the internet, advertising, or marketing industry
• Experience in setting and achieving goals through planning and execution
• High growth potential

Nice to Have

• Management experience
• Experience working at an advertising agency
• Language skills (opportunities to utilize English, Korean, Chinese, etc.)
• Marketing or sales promotion experience at a business company
