Business Development Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in lending processes and auto loan finance to join our team in Florida, working remotely with travel.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve high performance standards via team meetings, regular 1:1 coaching sessions, and ongoing business results reviews.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Ensure lender clients have documented strategy plans, support AMs in developing and executing strategy plans, evaluate performance against objectives, and overcome barriers to success.
• Lender Relationship Management: Generate growth through the rollout of CRIF-integrated products, managing project timelines with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Market Expertise: Drive growth opportunities for lenders and their dealer networks through a consultative approach, serving as the market expert: understanding trends, opportunities, and risks.
• CRM & Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly review CRM data to identify trends, objections, and opportunities, analyze reporting to uncover underlying performance drivers, coach AMs on improving sales conversations and overcoming objections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or team leadership
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
• Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
• Ability to travel with team members and clients
