We successfully deliver projects for such giants of the gaming industry as Epic Games, EA, and Socialpoint, creating memorable and unique products and encouraging customers to contact us again and again.
We have strong Dev and Art teams of 350+ talents including Unity, UE5, 2D/3D Art, Concepts, UI/UX, VR/AR, and Animation specialists. With 13+ years on the market and 470+ projects delivered, we are one of the most trusted game art and development studios globally.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, conferences, networking)
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Work closely with production, account management, and marketing teams to align on client needs and delivery capabilities
- Attend and represent Kevuru Games at industry conferences and events (online and offline)
- Track and report on pipeline activity, KPIs, and revenue metrics using CRM tools
- Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts
- Collaborate on the development of BD strategies and go-to-market approaches
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in IT outsourcing or game development
- Proven track record of independently closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the game development / game art outsourcing market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher - written and verbal)
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Confidence in leading negotiations with C-level and decision-making stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously without losing quality
Nice to Have
- Established network within the gaming or tech industry
- Experience participating in or preparing for international conferences (GDC, Gamescom, G-Star, etc.)
- Understanding of game production pipelines and workflows
