About the Position

Business Development Manager

Join our team at Ralabs and help drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Attending conferences and ready for business trips
  • Negotiating with potential clients to satisfy their business needs
  • Communicating with existing clients
  • Managing the sales process from lead introduction to signing contracts
  • Face-to-face meeting with customers, roadshows
  • Conducting the external PR events for customer acquisition
  • Collaborative work with the delivery, recruitment, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Hard skills
    • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or related positions in the IT sector
    • Advanced level of English
    • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal
    • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders (managing client expectations and resolving conflicts)
    • Understanding of software development processes and the technology industry
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and selling competencies (prioritise tasks, manage time, negotiation)

    • Proactive and self-motivated
    • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
    • Data-driven decision-making mindset
