Reporting To – Senior Partner / Branch Head

Role Objective: To support the firm’s growth by identifying, initiating, and developing business opportunities across selected high-value sectors and by promoting key service offerings to large corporates and institutional clients.

Target Sectors:

  • Public, Private & Co-operative Banks
  • NBFCs
  • Charitable & Religious Trusts
  • Infrastructure Companies
  • Insurance Companies
  • Manufacturing Companies (₹100+ crore turnover)
  • Entertainment & Media Companies

Key Service Areas to Promote:

  • Audits of AI-based Financial Statements
  • Centralized & Statutory Bank Audits
  • Audit of Charitable Trusts
  • IFRS Implementation & Reporting
  • Interim/Quarterly Financial Reporting
  • Scrutiny/Assessment Cases under Income Tax & GST

Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and databases.
  • Connect with senior decision makers like CFOs, Finance Controllers, Trustees, etc.
  • Arrange meetings between prospects and partners.
  • Prepare, share, and follow up on proposals and capability decks.
  • Maintain a structured prospect pipeline with CRM tools.

Marketing & Outreach:

  • Execute corporate visibility and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate webinars, seminars, and sector-focused events.
  • Assist in brochures, presentations, and marketing content.
  • Strengthen presence via targeted LinkedIn and digital outreach.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with partners to understand service offerings.
  • Support RFPs, tenders, and audit empanelments.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between BD and service teams.

Market Intelligence:

  • Track industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Monitor tender notifications and institutional audit opportunities.

Requirements

  • Graduate; MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing/corporate sales/Business Development.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Experience in BFSI/consulting preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn outreach & CRM tools.
