We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for our fire detection sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is remote and offers competitive wages, a transparent motivation system, and the opportunity to work with the most recognized security system.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the area.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
• Strategize, plan, and deliver compelling presentations to engage business partners and stakeholders.
• Identify and establish partnerships with the most suitable fire alarm and life safety product distribution channels.
• Conduct comprehensive product and commercial education sessions in collaboration with partners.
• Advocate for the inclusion of Ajax Systems products in system specifications, actively influencing purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate closely with branded product distribution partners to meet the evolving needs of business partners.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of market strategies tailored to Ajax Systems products and solutions.
• Assist in the development of targeted strategies for vertical markets, maximizing opportunities for Ajax Systems.
• Actively participate in marketing events and exhibitions to showcase Ajax Systems offerings and support brand visibility.
• Provide valuable feedback to management based on market requirements, contributing to the enhancement of current and future product offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with the residential fire market.
• Sales experience in Saudi Arabia, operating from Riyadh.
• Technical competence with fire products.
• Proven track record of being involved in the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at an executive level.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
• A strong combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and strong communication skills.
• Conversational English and Arabic.
